We drove all the way from MN after seeing a tik tok on this place. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The food, omg!! Was so so good! And so worth the drive! 10/10 would eat here again.
I am a sucker for bbq and I drove from Spokane to check this place out for my bday! My old lady and I have been to Memphis and Texas many times and this still has been my absolute best bbq experience! Thank you all so much! From your sides to your ribs and burnt ends.. it was all so great

The Notorious P.I.G. BBQ offers delicious BBQ dishes, including mouth-watering ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. The homemade pickles, especially the fire&ice pickles, are a standout. The service is great, and the sauces complement the dishes perfectly. The BBQ is excellent, and the staff are well-informed and friendly. The atmosphere is great, and the burnt ends and pulled pork are absolutely incredible. The restaurant is a must-try for barbecue lovers, with a great experience guaranteed.
The restaurant has received positive reviews, with customers praising the fall-off-the-bone ribs, thin-sliced brisket, and the Mac n cheese. The pickles are also a highlight, though the spice can build up if you eat several at once. The restaurant has been praised for its renovation of an old oil change place, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Customers have also highlighted the excellent service, which is surprisingly fast, and the delicious side items that are just as good as the main dishes. The smoked brisket and Mac n cheese are particular favorites, and the restaurant has been described as the best BBQ in Montana. The outdoor seating at the location is also a plus, especially when the garage doors are open.
