The Notorious P.I.G. is hands-down the best barbecue in Montana. The burnt ends and pulled pork are absolutely incredible, and their fire and ice pickles take the flavor to the next level. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are super friendly. If you’re anywhere near Missoula, this place is a must-visit for barbecue lovers.
I was blown away by how good the BBQ was here, especially since there was almost no smell of BBQ when you walk in. Apparently the air filtration system is so good it neutralizes the smell. Best cornbread and burnt ends I've had in a while. Big portions, good people and an all around great experience.

Recommend: ribs, tri tip, pickles
The burnt ends were too lean for my taste, which is perhaps why they were dry. The tri tip would be good on a sandwich. The ribs were well prepared.
I liked the pickles, the spice built with each bite.
