We had our wedding back in 2022 and you guys!! I cannot give The Silk Road Staff and food enough gold stars! Our guests still talk about how great the food was at our wedding even years later. Our family just had another wedding this year and everyone kept bringing up the food at our wedding again! Sam & Elise were wonderful to work with during all the planning. The entire staff at our wedding was AMAZING. Super professional and friendly! One of the staff (can’t remember her name) helped me wrangle guests to keep them in one area when they were serving hors d'oeuvres. Thank you for offering to do that and thank you for noticing that I was getting a little frustrated at the moment 😂🫶🏽 I had the steak with huckleberry demi glace I believe. Still one of my favorite steaks I’ve ever had! I just wanted to let you guys know that my husband and I, along with all our guests, still think about how great the food and the service was at our wedding!

Some of the best food I've ever tasted and phenomenally consistent. Genuinely worth the money, without question, and I've bought a number of their spice blends to use at home because they are that good.

Sam and the team at Silk Road did a phenomenal job with catering our board meeting. I could not have asked for a better breakfast and lunch service. They were in constant communication with me and ensured that everything was dialed in. I look forward to working with Silk Road again in the future!

Long over due! Sam’s team catered our wedding and our guest only had amazing things to say, both about the food and his friendly staff! Their house ranch dressing was a huge hit! His team was punctual and communication throughout was wonderful! Highly recommend!

The Silk Road catered my wedding this weekend (5/11/2024). The experience was beyond superb. They were so professional, everything was perfectly on time. We did a pasta bar with two appetizers and everything was just divine. It was such an amazing experience, they contributed to the success of the day so beautifully and so perfectly. Every single person was thrilled with the food! I absolutely recommend them for your events - they will treat you so well and are reliable and professional.

The Silk Road catered an event at my house for my office and it was a huge hit! They arrived promptly with excellent planning and excellent service! I would highly recommend their pasta bar to anyone needing to feed a bunch of people! So much variety and provided options for those with dietary restrictions. Will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I could go on and on about how amazing Sam and his crew are. From day one Sam was a fantastic vendor to work with. He helped me and my husband to customize an amazing rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, and brunch menu that had a fun Montana flare for our various guests visiting the state for the first time. He even met the various dietary restrictions of my guests. He worked tirelessly answering my dozens of emails, texts, and phone calls to make sure everything was in place for the big weekend. When the weekend arrived Sam’s staff was phenomenal. Each catering staff member was constantly working hard throughout the weekend serving guests, bussing tables, and making sure all the guests were cared for. I received so many compliments from my guests on how amazing the food and staff were. I would recommend Sam and his team to anyone looking for a caterer! They made me and my husband’s wedding a dream come true!

The moment we saw we could get crab rangoons catered for our wedding we were sold! We ended up having an asian noodle bar and all of our guests and vendors who tried the food said it was the best food they've had at wedding in a long time! The crew was super professional, timely, and accommodating to our guests with food restrictions. Highly recommend!

We used Silk Road Catering for our Wedding at Paddle Ridge on October 5th and they did a fantastic job!!! I highly recommend that you use them for your event. We had 4 different types of pasta for our wedding. Two vegetarian options and two non-vegetarian options. The guests could not stop raving about the food. They cooked all the food on site. No one went hungry and everyone enjoyed the meal. One of my bridesmaids is allergic to cherries and there was cherries in the salad they were so accommodating they brought her, her own salad plate without cherries. Silk Road catering went above and beyond for our wedding. We highly suggest you use them for your next event!

We recently had our 20th anniversary party catered by Silk Road. They had catered our anniversary party ten years ago, and we enjoyed it so much we thought we'd contact them again for another round and see if it was as good. If possible, it was even better. We've had thank you notes and messages from guests at the party, saying how much they enjoyed it. The food was varied and delicious. The service was friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to cater any future gathering by Silk Road.

Sam and Elise are amazing. The Silk Road catered my father's celebration of life for 100 people and they managed everything beautifully. When the attendance numbers went up unexpectedly at the last minute, they were able to adjust. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The silk road was recommended to us for our wedding and I am so glad we chose them. We had the taco bar, elote and salad for 50 and it was delicious. Sam and his team knocked it out of the park.

Silk Road catered my son's wedding of 90 guests in Hamilton MT in August 2023. We did a pasta buffet with antipasto and a big salad along with passed desserts. Sam and his team did a wonderful job and helped us make a lovely event. Sam was available whenever we needed to chat and had helpful suggestions especially where the wedding was casual, outdoors at a private home - which is always a challenge for catering. We had a couple of food allergies and requests and they modified the menu to work around it. He was very flexible and accommodating to all of our requests. The food was delicious and prepared on site. They brought everything to do the prep, cleaned up throughout and left everything spotless. The staff was friendly and engaging. We highly recommend them.

The Silk Road was the caterer for our daughter's wedding in August. It was simply delicious food and the staff was amazing. They exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend them!
