The Trough not only has a great regular menu, but there hasn't been a Sunday morning special that hasn't been amazing. The staff is beyond friendly and always ready with a smile. We have been for Tuesday Trivia and had one of the best Pizzas, the Prairie Fire, it was amazing and I hope it comes back soon. I got the eggs Benedict, now I'll admit I'm a Benedict snob, that being said I've never tasted a "homemade" hollindaise sauce that had not even a hint of lemon. It tasted like a bechamel sauce. The egg was cooked to perfection but I could taste the metal iron from the pan. Not horrible but I only ate half. My daughter had pancakes and said they were fine.
