Came in tonight to get some fro yo for my kiddos bday. For starters the help was about worthless. She was more concerned about her phone and her friend and sitting on her butt then helping the customer. Then when I placed my order she didn't get me any toppings nor ask if I needed any and I also had a door dash order and that seemed to be a struggle as well. My cups wernt even full when I got home, my chocolate tasted horrible and got thrown away instantly. I have been here 1 other time and it was great but I had it door dashed so I didn't have to deal with the "help" sadly I'm not wanting to return due to this experience. I shouldn't be paying for 2/3 of a cup on door dash when I'm charged full price.

So I have been coming here for years. Before and after covid but I think the thing that made this a zero star rating was watching an employee vape twice in the back. I was there for a doordash order this time but this lower the rating from a four to an instant one. Vaping is smoking AND against health code.

This place is worth a try but it’s definitely not going to be a new go-to for me because of the poor selection and value for your money. There’s not a great flavor selection, the toppings were mostly sugary cereals and cookies (thin mints were stale) and there wasn’t hot fudge, cherries or whipped cream (I was trying to make a hot fudge sundae). The cleanliness of the facility could use some attention and I really hate that with all of the eco-friendly alternatives that restaurants are still using styrofoam cups…especially for my $8 ice cream.
I rate the service five stars, the person who served us was friendly and apologetic about the lack of hot fudge and whipped cream.

How hard is to serve real frozen yoghurt? Just to everyone to know: this place do not serve frozen yoghurt it is just soft server. They don’t even have a plain tart. Second they don’t allow to put the toppings on your coup by yourself.

The owner of the establishment would not allow my daughter in with her service animal. The service animal was clearly marked. We advised it is illegal and he stated he did not care, it's his business and he yelled at her to get out. It was a very embarrassing situation as the shop had several people in it at the time.

My fiance and I love adding this place to a stop on our date nights. We take it to go and enjoy at home. Those complaining about pricing might need to try and attempt to understand the world around us right now. We would still come here regardless of cost, as it is unique and also provides an experience/fun customization on top of their great product. We have made many amazing memories on our fro-yo nights ? Service has always been great as well! Missoula needs to support the businesses working hard to stay open, and hopefully thrive! Bonus that parking is a non-issue. Keep up the great work!
