Their online ticketing (Griz Tix) is an absolute nightmare. Super glitchy, not mobile compatible. The tickets I had paid for online were not the ones I had recieved. Called to see if I could get a refund or exchange and they told me too bad. Totally unwilling to help even though what they did was technically fraud. Buyer beware.

Great place for large events. Seats are comfortable! Lots of parking. Huge screens for all to have a close up veiw.

The temperature inside for the Chris Stapleton concert was outrageous. Sucks to pay good $$ for a show & be so miserable in our seats from the oppressive heat. Really disappointed in Adams Center. Won't attend a concert there again.

Turn the air conditioner on. It's August - charge Big $$ for Chris Stapleton tickets and it's 110 degrees in here! Gross.

There's a b******* no re entry policy that's outlandish when there's like 100 cops and security staff that could easily frisk you again to gain entry

We went to a concert and I was not impressed by the crowd control. Basically patrons could do whatever they wanted while staff members watched and did nothing.
