Used the drive thru , and they really did a great job taking thr order and got a hot complete meal for 3 adults , and everything was just right. Thanks guys !

I've had a lot of problems with this Wendy's messing up on my food and they've always been nice about it but today when I went in after going through the drive-thru today I came back in when I got off work and I spoke to Brian the manager and he was very rude talking about how I'm getting free food and just talking about how they don't have mustard well when I had ordered the food initially they should have told me they don't have mustard on their line and gave me the mustard packets instead and just made my sandwich how I wanted it instead of putting mayonnaise and ketchup on it that I don't eat so that's initially why I went back to have my sandwich made properly because I only eat mustard and no mayonnaise and no ketchup so I really don't like the way that I was treated it kind of made me feel like I was a piece of shit you managers really need to work on trying to do a little bit better and have better customer service because the way you treated me Brian was not cool I appreciate you making my sandwich how I wanted it this time but it shouldn't have to go to this extreme this is been like 3 or 4 times I've had John make my food and then for you to make that smart ass comment to me and you know what you said that was wrong. Your staff and new managers really need to work on your customer service a lot better.i will also call the higher up main people and explain this situation to them.

I am disabled, and have a compromised immune system so I cannot enter the restaurant as it's unsafe for me (Wendy's N.Reserve). My lunch is only 30 minutes long and the line is usually a 15 mibute wait. Today I ordered my chili but noticed after I left the window that I did not get a spoon to eat my food. I drove back and instead of again waiting in the line I parked near drive through window and waited until there was a lag at the window and walked over to ask for a spoon. At that point, I was berated about being at drive up window - he wouldn't let me explain any reasoning, just reiterated over & over that I can't do that. I said I was aware of danger, but I got eye contact from the driver prior, waited for the lul, etc. He ended up yelling at me after I walked away, letting the next car progress forward. We are in Montana, and certainly some rare exceptions should be able to be made. His unwillingness to even listen is what was the worst part. All in all, I was just trying to rectify this same individual's mistake in not giving me any utensil. It was not ideal for either one of us, but sure left this customer flipping mad. I'm questioning my return.

Food is good and people are nice but they REALLY NEVER LISTEN or can’t hear and need new drove through gear. So many times I order..same thing it’s 7 words and it’s wrong half of the time.

We usually use the drive thru. People are friendly. Sometimes, they order taker can not hear correctly they have messed up our order a couple of times, but we usually get it resolved. I don't recommend the spicy chicken. Every time I get it, it has been raw.

Doesn't matter if we go through the drive thru or go inside, the staff are always nice. The food is always fresh. We have only ever had like 3 mishaps on special orders. Everytime we have been inside, it is always clean.
