Showed up with some family friends for the $2 bowling night, seemed like a fun and inexpensive idea for the night, except they didn't have a single lane open. It was a league bowling night, so we would have had to wait until 9:30 just for a lane to open up. Why even post it on the website if there won't be any lanes open on Tuesday nights

Terrible staff, extremely rude. Managed and worked in customer service for years and I would of never tolerated employees like they have at westside. Such a shame its the only bowling alley. Short answers with very apparent attitude.

Overall experience not bad, food we ordered was cold when it came out and was delivered to the back tables without anyone letting us know. There is no changing tables in either of the two restrooms which is ridiculous at a kid friendly establishment, charged for three games and then it was announced over the loud speaker that we had to wrap it up after 1 game and we were not refunded. I understand why you pre-pay but if you cannot bowl the games due to the bowling alleys event, we should of been warned before hand that there may not be time for that many games or be issued a refund.

We didnt eat or get drinks but the bowling was great and staff were nice even when busy. Food looked good and people near me liked their pizza that came fast. Great family place. Also kids liked the games

Bowling was fun until there were screens playing inappropriate music videos along with inappropriate songs. Advertised as family friendly but I would be aware that after a certain time the music plays along with videos containing multiple naked men and women. I’m disappointed.
