I placed an order at Brooks St Pizza Hut delivery no order been over 30 minutes I need the manager to call Tammy keeps hanging up twice now it was set up as carryout.

Pizza Hut used to be the best place to get pizza. It is the worst possible place to go now. The nostalgic feeling has been replaced with horrible out of this country call center service, cold pizza, and overpriced food. They no longer deliver their own product, it is delivered by door dash 2 hours late and ice cold. The first time, I thought it was a mishap, so we gave it another shot.... never again.

I always get the dinnerbox with double breadsticks! This is cheap, yummy grub! :) Great, now my mouth is watering... I really shouldn't yelp late at night!

Disappointed Pizza Hut on Broadway no longer serves beer - always enjoy a cold beer with pizza - waitress stayed new owner didn't buy the license

Tried to give pizza hut another shot and got a pizza with no cheese that is burnt - not even safe for my dogs to eat, and was told by Becka (manager), there is nothing she can do...but she can give me a screaming deal by sending out he right pizza for twice the price! She literally made me that offer. Unbelievable - I'm taking this to the health department. This pizza is not right - you cannot serve burnt food to people. What a terrible business to not make peoples orders right. I do not recommend that anyone use pizza hut out of Missoula. They are not about customer service, have no common sense. Their food is gross. Lots of good pizza places to choose from here.
The place was totally empty except for myself my adult children and my grandson. Even though we were the only four customers the service was terrible. And slow! The food took forever and when we did get it it was cold. The waitress just sort of forgot about us, I don't know what she was doing because she was in the back one would think maybe she was back there playing with her phone or something since she was a young 20 something waitress. But she was certainly not doing her job that much I know. I would be hard-pressed to ever go in this particular Pizza Hut again. I would hope that the manager would read these reviews and take a look at what's going on in your Pizza Hut Sunday afternoons. Because it isn't work!

Since I have been getting pizza and other items delivered by your location since the day you opened your doors I am giving the 4 star rating. Many times you deserve a 5 but on a night like tonight you deserve lower. I ordered a two topping pizza, pepperoni on both sides and green peppers on only one side. It came that way but the side with just pepperoni had up to nice pieces on each slice. My side that also had green peppers had a mere 3 pieces of pepperoni per slice. Is it normal to penalize someone for ordering more than one topping? One high note was Larry who has delivered to us for so many years. He is always so pleasant and tells us how he appreciates our business. All of the drivers that come here are pleasant and friendly.

It's...Pizza Hut! When I go I know what I am getting and it delivered. We got it to go. Service was fine, it was done in a good time and correctly.
