It’s a “must” in Polebridge.
The saloon has always been a special place to visit just for the vibe alone, but the food lately... best Cubano in NW Montana!!!
We drove 12.5 hours to visit the Northern Lights Saloon and it was worth every mile. The place gives you the exact charm and nostalgia you want while embarking on a Montana adventure. Tucked just outside glacier national park, the saloon provides excellent food and frosty drinks. We were able to catch live music on two different nights and the vibe couldn’t be better. The owners are wonderful and the entire staff is great. Don’t miss it.

The place is also known for its regional craft beer on tap, good cocktails, and a rustic stage for live music out back. Families can enjoy playing in the lawn and on the viewing platform converted from a homestead era storage building, while kids love the outdoor space. The shaded picnic table area adds to the cozy vibe, and clean bathrooms ensure comfort.
