The food, drinks, views, and atmosphere are top notch here! We ate here for dinner and breakfast and both were amazing! The burgers were so delicious and juicy, the Old Fashion is spectacular, and the breakfast potatoes are the best! We will definitely be back anytime we are in the area for some amazing food and views!!

We dined here often @ our stay. The scenery is just spectacular day or night! Breakfast - omelets were fresh, fruit was super sweet, BLTA was delicious! As well as the soups and Caesar salad! Steaks and burgers were cooked perfectly. Family Friendly as well as allergy accommodating!

Hostess was wonderful (only good part of evening) Loud music playing in lobby which filtered into dining room. Hostess was able to move us. Service was slow. Iced tea sat empty over 30 mins. Wife ordered bestbstrak, a filet medium rare. After a 30 min wait she got her steak...wed well. We spoke to manager, sent steak back and waited another 22 minutes only to get next steak medium, not any where close to med rare. All this time my meal sat there getting cold. What was to be a special night at the Sage Lodge turned out to me a horrible dining experience. They did not charge us for her steak which was nice but the entire evening there was a bust. Had not been for the kindness of the Hostess, we would have walked out. We had plans to bring our family there for a special evening, but that will not happen now.

There isn’t a lot on the menu to choose from especially for picky eaters. Wait staff was above and beyond amazing! Prices are high, however it could just be the area.

I am a local and dine at Sage often. I had made a reservation to entertain guests at diner and when we arrived on time for the reservation were told they needed to seat us outside. It was a cold evening and we did not dress to dive outside so I told the hostess we had acres for inside. There were plenty of tables inside so after a few minutes she finally agreed to seat us. Our server spilled wine when she was pouring our glasses. When we were checking out it took 15-20 minutes for her to return with our credit cards. Service was horrible, the food was good. My husband and I prefer to dive at The Grill at Sage as it is a much better experience but unfortunately only open Thursday-Sunday

Our waitress was amazing, the food was fantastic just a little spicy for me but iam typically a bland eater. Beautiful view

Wonderful place to eat all their food is amazing. If you get there on the weekend during the brunch, get the skillet cinnamon roll. So good .....sit out on the porch so you can enjoy the view .. my only concern is that it seems like when we sat out on the porch, the service was not very good out there, but the food is wonderful. The view is amazing.

Great Montana setting with Absaroka Mountain View's as well as spring fed pond. Food was outstanding as well as very professional service. We will be back.

Brandon was amazing. The food was delicious. We did have an issue with a woman at the table next to us that watching videos on her phone at a very loud volume and none of the staff said anything to her. It was inappropriate.

Entire staff were so delightful, helpful, caring and professional. Britney was our server and was amazing! She was helpful with touring recommendations and took very good care of us. Restaurant has stunning views and beautiful interiors. We had a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. Definitely recommend!

We read the reviews and reserved a table to celebrate Mother’s Day and our anniversary.
We expected the beef to be exceptional both from the reviews and Montana beef. We both ordered fillets.
They only had one fillet and offered ribeye as a substitute. Requested medium. Both overcooked and tough.
Server was nice enough, but, rushed . Assumed they were short staffed. Price reflective of the area. You expect to pay more in the setting.
This reminds we of a resort that caters to corporate events and groups.
Beautiful and absolutely stunning location. But, short on quality.

This place is incredible in every way. We took a trip to Montana, and Sage Lodge was one of the places on our list to visit, and I'm so glad we did. The whole setting is beautifully secluded in Pray Montana with wonderful scenery and immaculate vibes. We ate at the The Fireside Room, and it was excellent. The service was so on point, and the staff was so welcoming. We had the spinach artichoke dip for our appetizer and the reuben and the black and blue salad for our entrees. All 3 were top-notch! Def put this place on your list. It is a must-see!
