I personally give any businesses a chance. However this is the third time I had been deliberately ripped off by DQ. The amount really isn't much being the banana split and a soft drink. Yet when it happens more then once it does become noticeable. Compared with other DQs I've been too. I'd say your better off looking for a different place for a meal. Thanking the management with this.

Every time I go throw drive and get home I don’t have everything I order every time ..and they charge me and because I can’t really turn back around I losing money every time this time they forgot my chili dog and my Cheese curds .. last time it was Fry’s, and the next time after that was Sundays, then it was another meal that was a drink and I can go on and on but Ronan need maybe help each other and work together and so nothing gets forgotten .i will keep going but I probably need check my self before leaving or your employees need listen and work together

Went in for a pumpkin blizzard and was told they were out of the pumpkin ingredients. Asked when they would be in and was told the manager kept forgetting to order them. Nice way to run a business. Guess I will have to travel to Missoula to satisfy my craving.

Nothing special really. The food was ok, but nothing to write home about. There portion size was on the small side. I ordered a number 10. I was expecting more. What could be better? Portions.
horrible experience, if you’re thinking of stopping there, don’t. the service was incredibly slow, and the interior was filthy. the bathroom doors didn’t lock and my friend got walked in on. everywhere you looked in the restaurant there were flies, including five that landed on me and my food while i was trying to eat. my blizzard and my friends blizzard tasted like pool water and chemicals. they filled our water from the sink and glared at us when we complained about the blizzards. don’t go there, it’s a health code violation and not an enjoyable experience.

food was "charred" (it was dry) if it wasnt for the flamethrower sauce to cover it up i wouldnt have finished it, fries were good but were ruined bye the fact of how fly's continuously kept landing on then making me throw then away mid way through.

Flies Everywhere!!! Couldn't eat inside due to the amount of flies. Flies all over the tables, chairs, all over the counters where they take your order. I don't want to think about the Flies in back where they cook! Front and back doors are propped open and it's a Fly trap with all the food. Eat at your own risk! Health Dept will be contacted.
