A shout out to DQ Ronan for great customer service! Their Lobby was closed today and we had a horse trailer on so couldn’t drive through. As we started to get in line on foot, someone came running out and took our order, ran back in to ring it up, then brought our food and change out to the truck for us! He was so courteous and friendly and that young man made our day! Excellent customer service and the ice cream was pretty good too😊
The service personnel seemed to be more interested in their conversation than taking my order.
Food good but they need not have there burgers per cooked. Super dry. Ice cream is good tho.

Dairy Queen is a restaurant where customers have had mixed experiences. Some have reported issues with incomplete orders, including missing items like chili dogs, cheese curds, fries, and drinks. The portion size has also been criticized for being small. However, the service at the drive-thru has been praised, with staff being described as sweet, patient, and providing delicious ice cream. To improve, the restaurant may consider focusing on order accuracy and portion sizes.
