Very rude. I was in the drive thru waiting for the car in front of me to get their food, the car behind me was impatiently honking, and employees decided to knock on my car and told me to quit honking when it was the car behind me. Very unimpressed. Will never spend my money there again.
We stopped through on our way back to Helena from Whitefish, while I understand some people might not like working on Easter the manager on duty had an overall sour attitude about being there, making comments in the back as several people waited to order. While we waited for our food someone stood at the register wanting to order for over 7 minutes as she moped around and made eye contact with him MULTIPLE times. When is it OK for an adult shift manager to slap/hit physically abuse a 16 year old worker????
YES it happened here in Polson Montana. The ADULT manager went to jail...when did a work environment become hostile for its workers??? Yes the manager Lennie Hales needs to do something!!!
