Shut down, whoopee
Everything was closed except the gas station selling gas at an exhorbitant price 😒
It's October and the village is actually closed. However!! Go the Glacier in October if the weather is permitting! The fall colors are worth it! It's a must in my opinion.
Everything except the fuel pumps at Sinclair was closed. The season was over, and everything was boarded closed for the winter.
The fuel was fairly priced for remote location. Glad it was there.
Absolutely beautiful!❤️

Best place on the East Glacier Entrance. Quiet and peaceful. We stayed in the tiny houses and enjoyed more so than staying in a hotel room. It was close to the end of the season and food supplies were dwindling as expected.
Rooms: Single home with kitchen and sitting area. Separate bedroom. Don’t expect a luxury room, but the bath house was phenomenal.
Food and drinks: Limited choices on food by cafe dining room and grocery store. To be expected this remote.

Ate dine spent over $70 just to be serve old food. Definitely not worth it. We order burger with fries and my kids got chicken strips sadly they were old too.

Great location to the best hike in the world, Grinnell Glacier. Spacious rooms with a view. I’d recommend staying here.

Very beautiful. Everything closes early, just be prepared. Can't sell beer between 8am-5pm.

Great location and the view from the room is incredible. The room was a really good size and plenty of room for the two of us. The staff on the property were friendly. The elevator was broken so lugging our stuff up the 3 flights of stairs was challenging but they did offer help. The biggest downfall for this property was the cleanliness and the number of broken items. Screens torn on the sliding door, shower curtain rod was broken, the bath tub water supply handle was ready to fall off, etc.. The property is just not well maintained. It was very dirty and obvious that cleanliness was not a priority in the room, restaurant and check in area. We did expect more for the price but options in the area are limited.
Rooms: Dirty
Noteworthy details: If value a view and location over cleanliness then this would be a good place to stay.

Hst Mary's was a good place to stay. They have one hotel that takes walk-ins which was great for us because we did not have reservations.

Did not stay at hotel. Stopped for our annual huckleberry ice cream after backpacking. Never disappoints.
