Service was great, very nice staff.. however the pizza was terrible. We got two and both had undercooked crust and each slice was basically mush and the crust quickly became soggy.

This place has to be the absolute worst place I have encountered in 45 years of being alive. Almost 2.5 hours for the delivery to arrive The milkshake was like water it had no thickness to it all it was not very cold and the 2 sips I took had barely any flavor. My son's nachos cold he had to microwave them the cheese was terrible and ground beef was nasty. My others son's cheese sticks also cold and old looking. What a shame 40+ dollars for this garbage. I have gotten better food from the dollar store. I will never spend another dime in this establishment. But after all this bullshit we still tipped the driver 11 bucks and we live less then 1 min away.

If I could do zero stars, I would, but they get one star for at least delivering the food. The delivery driver just took off. All we ordered was a medium pepperoni and pineapple pizza with extra pepperoni on it. The crust is so incredibly thin that when you pick up a piece of pizza the tips all fall off and the rest of the Pizza falls apart like kinetic sand, you would think that the hard rubbery cheese on top would help hold it together but Even that's not holding the pizza together and now our entire meal is inedible at this point and we're having to make some grilled cheese instead. SAVE YOURSELVES the money and the headache. Just go to Super One and get one of their Take and Bake pizzas from the deli hands down way better than this!

Specifically asked for “well done” to the point of almost burnt but when it came it was very blonde—almost still raw in middle. When pizza came out i immediately said I asked for well done and this definitely was undercooked and asked them to put back in oven for another 3-4 minutes or so. Waitress said they can’t do that. I should have refused it and put in another order. It totally SUCKED! I’ve been here before and never had this problem. It’s always come out “well done”. Very dissatisfying. If you specifically ask for something and it doesn’t come out how yay asked, they should remake for you. Because they didn’t make the way I asked for it they took $5.00 off the bill. Woop-d do. That was worthless….just throw my pie back in oven and cook the way I ordered it!
