“I notice more and more that when I go to retail establishments, the employees love to respond to 'I'm good, how are you?' with complaints about their employers or customers or personal lives. It makes me want to self-checkout. When I asked the sole sandwich artist on shift this question though, he didn't throw anyone under the bus...he just said he was doing well. A nosy patron asked more questions, and that's how I found out he was abandoned by his team and alone to man the ship on a Friday night. Subway, I hope you show your appreciation for this man. Not only did he keep going, building sandwiches like a ninja for the growing line of your customers, but he did it with a positive attitude. I did not get his name, but it was the sole person who showed up for their 8/7/26 night shift. Thank you for feeding my family! It was delicious :)”

“Today I went through the Stevensville Location of Florence Coffee… I own a coffee shop, so I know what good service is, I ordered four drinks for me and my kids. Just as I pulled in I got a terrible migraine, where I loose my vision which prevents me from driving. I mentioned to the barista I was going to pull over to the side and wait for my vision to clear so I could drive again, usually about an hour. They handed us 4 great tasting drinks. I proceeded to pull to the side and rest… about 30 minutes later there was a knock on my window, the barista was there with ice water, Tylenol and Ibuprofen for me…. I wanted to share this because I know how busy those girls are, and they went above and beyond to come make sure I was ok…. Thank you, thank you, and I hope you get some kuddos or a raise for your great service!”
