This is my favorite bar in Montana. The food is great before, during and or after your adventures in the Yakk. The service is excellent with fun welcoming bartenders/cooks. Always a good

First place I ever had a drink of alcohol. 12 years old. With my dad and grandfather. According to the sign behind the bar, Good booze was .50 and bad booze .25. The bathroom was outside, pick a bush. Buster was the bartender. Had a shot of bad booze and thought I was going to die. My grandfather almost fell off his chair. His ranch was 3Y Bar

We love taking our day trip to the yak for a good tasting lunch and some great people to visit. We have made our trips more often this year. Now finding out they sold the place. We hope the new owners of the Dirty Shame come with refreshing ideas for the place to become better then ever. Looking forward to see the changes while wishing for the best to come. Good luck! I had the opportunity to work with John and his crew from the Bar to the Lodge ! Food was the best I tried most of the Burgers and the monster fries were very good but warning bring more mouths ... crew were Fantastic and I made a lot of new friends. Lodge is beautiful and you just don’t wanna leave .... I will be there on the 28 for the final closing event hope to see a lot of you there !

Great burger and a cool atmosphere. Too bad it was sold to some lawyers/doctors from California. I'm sure it will be ruined like everything else that the Californians touch when they come to Montana.
