Made an excellent reduction sauce for seared duck using their Elderberry mead.
My purchase experience with Hidden Legend has been fantastic. Our first order was placed on Saturday online and we received it on the following Tuesday. The second order was even faster, ordered on Monday, received on Tuesday. Great customer service only exceeded by the quality of the product. Have tried quite a few of the different flavors with all them being excellent. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
