Made an excellent reduction sauce for seared duck using their Elderberry mead.
There’s a good reason you can’t find a $10 bottle of mead from Hidden Legend. That reason is their meads are of a much higher quality. If I were trapped on a desert island, Hidden Legend’s Beat Mead would be at the top of my list to have in hand! Beat This Mead (made with pomegranate), Dark, Manna, and Spiced Mead are a few of my other favorites.
