This was by far one of the BEST places we’ve stopped by during our two week vacation. The food was BEYOND delicious!! The service was BEYOND amazing!! The owners are sweet, friendly, and go out of their way to ensure the best experience for their guests!! We’ve been coming to West coast for the past 15 years (and visited Virginia City two times) but this was our first time here AND we all agreed that this our new tradition! We already have a bison taco at the Little Big Horne, favorite steak at Red Lodge, and going forward the best mushroom soup, pirogies, potato pancakes and brat, and uncle Joe’s cucumber salad!!! THANK YOU!!!
Great burgers!!! And fries!!!!

We went twice in two days because it was that good! Not only was the authentic German food INCREDIBLE(fresh, hot and delicious) the owner’s Maggie and Don could not have been more welcoming and sweet not to mention so interesting! They took the time to show and tell us stories about the original speakeasy in the back of the restaurant which is sooooo cool! The decor and charm of this place, the hodgepodge mismatched dishware and glasses made you feel you were in someone’s home eating a home cooked meal! 💯 must go to this gem you WILL NOT be disappointed 😊

Good food and great service. The restaurant itself is a very cool and interesting building. Ample seating and a good selection of food. While the food is good, I feel some of it wasn't home made so you may be paying for premade food, or frozen dishes.
Prices are a little high for what you get, I feel some of the dishes are over priced for the above, food possibly not home made.
The baked goods did taste like they were homemade and really good.

stopped in and had the huckleberry burger and potato salad today on Memorial Day 2025. That was so delicious. Highly recommend this place. So much interesting stuff to look at on the walls and everywhere.
