With Guy Fieri's support, I had to try their BBQ. I always judge off of Brisket - you want it smokey, flavorful, tender, juicy. Honestly 9/10 places fail to have good brisket and can cover up bad BBQ with seasoning/spices.

Anyhow, here seems to be the real deal! Very tender brisket, juicy, fat that is rendered like butter, and not hiding behind anything.

The loaded spud is great as well!

The food at this BBQ joint is really good. The prices a very reasonable even allowing for the tourist town factor. Wife and I shared brisket and ribs. Brisket was great much better than Mission BBQ if you are familiar with that chain. Every carnivore that stays in west yellow stone should give it a try.

Happy little accident! Chose from Google maps due to type of food (bbq) & location...did not expect amazing brisket & pork deliciousness! Simple place, perfect menu, helpful friendly staff. Very clean country-ish environment with paper towel napkins & bbq sauce on the table. We got the Everything potato & added brisket, also the pork & mac & cheese. All were tender smoky tasty!

Excellent BBQ place in West Yellowstone.
There seems to be a lot of BBQ restaurants in this area, but we decide to try Firehole as it has excellent reviews and the place smelled really good. The brisket sandwich and mac n cheese was excellent! It has a great flavor to it.

If you add some of the sauce to your sandwich it seems to give it a zesty taste. My friends had the loaded baked potato and ribs it was very good too. Get the as mac n cheese and southwest corn as a side, oh so good!

Outstanding Ribs with a hint of sweet. The corn salad is fantastic and the pork is top tier. Also had links, Mac and cheese, and cole slaw. Everything plate was clean in our group of six. Nicely done Firehole!

If you’re coming to Yellowstone and you like good bar b que make sure you stop by Firehole. You won’t be disappointed. Brisket was juicy and full of flavor. Pulled pork was tender and on point. Try the corn salad and coleslaw. Best two sides imo. Friendly staff. Come early so you don’t miss out!

For the area not as pricey as may think. Worth it if can afford it. We feasted on brisket ribs Mac and cheese, and cold slaw. It was an amazing experience.

Great BBQ. Go early if you want options as they often sell out. The brisket sandwich was loaded with delicious brisket and the pork ribs were excellent too.
