Visited memorial day week while vacationing in Yellowstone. DELICIOUS!can't go wrong with anything on the menu.Take to go and eat at the park across the street.Would dine again.Parking: Parking available across the street if not enough at the building.

SOLID BARBECUE JOINTGreat Ribs and Brisket... not over smoked, cooked perfectly, the Spicy Sauce was good, don't bother with the mild sauce. The Bison Sausage was very nice. The Slaw was fresh and tasty. Truly worth the money and the service was fast and no fuss. Best meat meal in town.If you're in West Yellowstone stop and check them out!I would go back for sure!

The quality of the meat and slow cooking barbecue is top notch! Tried the pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich and both were delicious but the brisket was just a little bit better!Not a lot of options for sides but what they offer was very good as well.Would recommend & definitely return the next time I am in the area.

Holy this was good! Just what we needed after a long day in the park. It’s quick serve style and quite busy, expect to share tables with other customers.I think next time I’d go for the meat by weight over a sandwich - or for a full rack of ribs! The brisket was juicy and flavourful and I’ve never had better ribs. They’re tender with a beautiful smoke ring but not sliding off the bones when you try to pick them up. Lots of BBQ sauce on the tables for you to decide how saucy you want to be. Everything was amazing.Vegetarian options: None other than sides
