Great costumer service. Was willing to make me a drink using oat milk. Although it wasn’t the best they were willing to remake it to my liking. Overall a great experience!

Ice cream was good but a little overpriced.
Got a mini midnight cookies and cream cup. Little pricy but prefect amount for 1 person.
I don’t know if the boss is Chinese or the employees are Chinese. It’s just too embarrassing for the Chinese. We ordered 3 mini ones and he gave me 3 large ones and charged the price for the large ones. I asked him I wanted a mini one, not a large one. The weather was too cold to eat it. He stared at me and told me that the one he gave me was a mini one. His attitude was bad. And treat people like fools. The menu says size, how can I still tell the size? A forced sale? People without integrity. I really don’t know how to do business.
First time here! We came on a Wednesday night around 7 pm and it wasn’t busy at all. Walk up only. Parking is available around here. Tables available to sit and eat too.
The mint flavor is delicious, and it has no coloring, which is great

Cool little treat spot in West Yellowstone. Yes, it is kind of pricey, but so is everything in West. Best to catch it in the day, it will be really busy at night.
Not thrilled about the pricing, however you certainly get the quality you pay for. Friendly crew and plentiful ice cream and shake options. Walk-up makes it easily accessible for tourists walking/stopping by for a quick bite.
Really pricey, just a product like I'd expect from a chain. Kids got chocolate ice cream and they enjoyed it.
