I can’t tell the difference between bison and beef but the steak was cooked perfectly and combined with the sauce it tasted amazing. The salmon was great, probably the best salmon i’ve had. I normally dont like salmon but not today. The elk ravioli didn’t taste special but was still very tasty. Our waiter was really nice and energetic. The restaurant has a nice vibe and I would definitely come back.

Awesome place!! The food is great and the service impeccable. Try the BT pizza, EVERYTHING on it except for pineapple, anchovies, mushroom and tomato. OUTSTANDING!!! Gabby is the best bartender in town 👍🏼👍🏼
