We ate there the other night.. Group of 7.. 3 of us ordered steaks & it was the worst steak I'd ever tried to eat, took 3 cuts off it, $37 steak left on my plate.. 1 steak of the 3 steaks a hair was found..Salad bar was very disappointing, no cheese or anything to go on it.. Our waitress was great..
My tab for my son & I was $88, no alcoholic beverages.. all 7 was very disappointed when we walked out..

Almost 30 years ago, I stopped by while on a fishing trip to Yellowstone.

I still can't forget the excitement I felt when I ate the morning steak.

I've eaten many kinds of steaks at many places, but this morning steak was the best.

I stopped by in 2015, but unfortunately I couldn't find it because it was on the dinner menu...

I want to eat it when I go fishing again〰️

Slow, rude and unclear. Try to order my breakfast, but they have me wrong order. Taste not fresh. As this is the first meal I have in west Yellowstone, quite disappointed ☹️

No frills homestyle restaurant. Friendly service, we were seated immediately during dinnertime with no wait. We ate here twice during our stay. Prices are good for the amount of food they give you. I would recommend the beef stew for $13 which was filling and comes with a fresh roll. I'd also recommend the unlimited soup and salad bar option for like $15. The best thing I ate there was the clam chowder soup (wonderful!), but I only got one bowl because my turkey dinner included a single trip. If I'm honest, the turkey was pretty meh and I wouldn't get it again. Mashed potatoes were delish. Husband devoured his chili burger but I tried his fries and they were also kinda meh and unseasoned. Do the upgrade for onion rings if you like onion rings. Overall a good place to stop if you're not looking for anything fancy.
