A lovely restaurant with authentic Chinese dishes and excellent customer service! My family and I visited this past May and were pleasantly surprised to find an authentic Chinese restaurant so close to the park/our hotel. Our food was served quick and was really delicious - a nice switch-up from the usual Western restaurants nearby. Our server, Sam, was also really hospitable and consistently made sure we were comfortable/satisfied. Such a great experience, we came back to dine...
There are two Chinese restaurants with very similar names, Huangshi Restaurant and Huangshi Restaurant. We tried both. This Huangshi restaurant is complete. Apart from being a little salty, the taste is nothing to say.
The special meals we ordered were quite expensive.
1. Stir-fried lettuce in oyster sauce is delicious and the sauce is fragrant and a little spicy.
2. Fried yak meat is very expensive and the amount of meat is small.
3. Steamed trout has no fishy smell and fewer fish bones
