I live in town. We cater these guys for employee events, and my wife and I eat here all the time : because it is the best food in town. Good food, authentic, good people. If you want the opinion of a local, “what’s good to eat around here?” This is the place I will send you.
This is my second experience at this food truck. We ordered a steak burrito, two of the 2 enchilada combos with steak tostadas, and a two tamale and enchilada combo. Order came quickly even though they were very busy. Burrito was huge and outstanding! Chicken enchiladas were on the smaller side but very, very good. Great little taco truck in West Yellowstone. Good food served quick at a much more reasonable price than what you see at nearby restaurants. Highly reccomend over the flashier restaurants in town.
