Waited for along time for a to go order - I ordered a brownie sundae with huckleberry ice cream
They got the order wrong .
Gave me vanilla ice cream - I took the ice cream back and they replaced the vanilla to the huckleberry
WOW I got a Timy scoop of ice cream . lol
Super Rude lady taking my to go order .
Like I was bothering her to order food to take to my room -
well thanks I will take my business elsewhere next year when I come .
I am staying at this hotel . Bad service !

Not the best dining experience. The food was pretty flavorless and the server was weird, but the host was really friendly and sweet. For the price we were expecting a little more pizazz. We got the quesadilla, the trout and the arugula beet salad.

This is a hidden gem!! If you want to avoid dinner rush chaos and crowds, the Branch is the best place to be! Very organized and clean with a lot of seating. We sat at the bar, and our bartender Katherine was incredible! Very professional and polite. This is one of the best experiences we have had eating in West Yellowstone because Katherine really cared that our drinks were to our liking and the food came quick - the chicken sandwich and stroganoff were so delicious!!

The food was good, the service sucked balls. Our waiter was more interested in Saturday college football than his job. He served me a draft michelob ultra without the coaster. I had beer draining off the over filled glass. No concern for his customers, he did the absolute minimum. It's sad because I would have ordered more beer but he was too busy watching college football.

I had the build your own omelette. That was great. But the potatoes were just plain but not greasy,which I like. The potatoes need something with them like onions or bell peppers. Our server Rick was great! The coffee was really good. There is some train car to see near the entrance (time period piece).

Unorganized. They were sadly out of the one thing I had wanted so I had to order something else. Husband got the bison stroganoff and it was pretty good. Waiter disappeared for a long time and I'm pretty certain he was high when he eventually returned to bring us our check.

The food awesome. The service by Rick was majestic he is the best person in the world I think. Rick, if you're reading this ask for a raise you're carrying this restaurant on your shoulders, without you this restaurant would go out of business.
Also hot take the yellow crayon was one of the best crayons I've ever used in my life. 10x better than Crayola. I was pleasantly surprised and I took it home. I would eat here again as long as Rick is my server. <3

Order was messed up, remade while other peoples food in the party sat under a heat lamp. Excessively SALTY.

We waited over 30 mins before being greeted. Multiple employees saw our group and at least 3 other groups just standing there. Once we were seated, the food was another 30 min wait. The ONLY server was polite but could not at all keep up. We thought it was just a bad night and decided to try the breakfast the next morning. Again, we waited without a greeting for over 10 mins then told to wait because there wasn't seating even though we could see plenty. This restaurant is horribly managed and the employees seem to be just walking around without a purpose. I would not at all recommend it.

Wait staff was nice and as attentive as they could have been. Food took forever to arrive and once it did, two of the three meals were cold. When we brought it to our servers attention she just said she brought it out as soon as it showed up on the counter and that they have new cooking staff. No offer of resolution other than she can take it back. My daughter's chicken straps were good but the fries were under cooked and my chili was cold and bland.

Our family are here and had a wonderful experience. The service was great! The kid’s meals were huge and delicious. We had salad that were great. We would definitely recommend and come back! Steve was a great server!
