Liwia was the best server I believe I’ve ever had. She was unbelievably attentive and personable. We had just gotten off a flight, starving and rundown, and she got our food out so fast. Amazing service and would come back just so I could experience that service again.

They don’t care about their customers at all. The lack of service, attention, and professionalism shows—very disappointing experience.

This is a very nice restaurant. The train cars inside are super interesting to walk through. Had the breakfast buffet. It was good...appx $16 per person.
Waitress was a sweet local gal (can't recall her name).

Went here for breakfast and the turkey sausage was raw in the middle. There was also old food in one of the silverware rollups we were given. Coffee had grounds in it. All the staff were really nice though.

Great atmosphere, beautiful decor. Food was a bit on the low quality side. Fish was overcooked, but they did make it right on the second try. Pasta dish was so so. French bread rolls did not rise and stayed about the size of a small breakfast sausage. On a positive note, if you need a drink, they were exceptional.

Chad the bartender was rude.
We watched a few people walk out before we gave in and did the same.
He would do well to find another profession.

The steak it supplied was extremely tough. It seemed the chef didn’t cooked in advance before we arrived and reheated it when we arrived.

We had a nice meal at the bar with good service from Bellamy, who made us a delicious huckleberry smashed drink, as well as a glass of wine. We started with some delicious sweet potato fries My daughter had the bison stroganoff, and I had a good hearty salad. The only issue was that the bar did not have tonic water to make a gin tonic otherwise everything was really nice.

Best meal we had on our 5 day stay in West Yellowstone. Excellent food.

Very friendly service from Jonah tonight as well as our server from last night. Steaks, walleye and trout were well prepared with generous portions. Being next to our hotel made it convenient after two long days in the park.

The four of us each had a good meal. The salmon was a little overcooked but still good. The mushroom burger was tasty, very filling. And The bison stroganoff was delicious. I would definitely eat there again.
