This was the BEST week of my life. Thank you to all of your staff for going over and above in every situation. The hospitality shown was above any I've ever experienced. So grateful for this opportunity and for your gracious, kind, caring staff!!! 💖 I look forward to returning and visiting this incredible lodge again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Bison 🦬 Ribeye was by far the best steak I've ever eaten and we raised grass-fed beef 😋 so I'm pretty spoiled and biased. Thank you so much!!!

This is definitely the best place to eat in West Yellowstone. During our 5 night stay, we ate breakfast buffet every morning which was delicious. Ate dinner on Friday and Saturday and the food is awesome as well as the staff. 6’7” Kevin was our waiter and took great care of us. The 3 bears meatloaf with bbq huckleberry glaze is wonderful and I highly recommend it you go hungry!

My husband and I had a delicious dinner here tonight. Betsy was our server and she was the best... kind hearted and lovely. We will definitely be back to enjoy this place again.

Great place to have breakfast. I love the fact that they are open at 5am. Amazing service by Renee. Amazing food.

Having early breakfast is perfect because you can go watch the sunrise afterwards!

Fun place for a special dinner! Loved the peach cobbler with huckleberry ice cream. The staff here are attentive and welcoming.

Upon arrival, the waiter came up, and started rushing us up to order. I don’t wanna speculate but I felt also super uncomfortable while there. The waiter came back to take the orders and he literally dismissed me. If I didn’t say out loud about what I was going to order, he was going to walk away. I ordered the burger and just a simple apple juice. My friend got an aperol spritz. His drink came first, mine was like 10min later. The whole time I was there, I felt like being starred at for some reason. I could not think of anything other than I was the only black around I guess. Anyway, this is probably the worst experience I have ever dealt with in a restaurant. In addition, the food was definitely not good, no taste. I’ll never come back to this place, that’s for sure.

We planned a last minute trip to yellowstone. This was the only place opened for breakfast. They only have the buffet available It was 17.00 a person and 3.00 to add a drink on. 20.00 a person. The buffet wasn't that special. It had cereal fruit, eggs ,bacon, pancakes, biscuts and gravy. To me, it was on the pricey side for what you get.

Someone said the bison steak was to die for, I wasn't impressed. Been vacationing and have had 4 steaks in 4 different places and The Ruby House in South Dakota is by far had the best steak

The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and our waiter Jonas was the best waiter we could have asked for these last few days. His professionalism ,manners and overall hospitality/ character is outstanding! This restaurant is lucky to have him because he is the reason my wife and I keep coming back 👍

She had the bison short ribs and I had the elk bison lasagna. Both were very tasty, well prepared and presented. The chocolate brownie and huckleberry ice cream we took to go will be my dessert the next 3 days.
Our server Ray was amazing, and the other staff kept water glasses filled as needed. We'll be going back before we leave West Yellowstone guaranteed. We spent about $120 for dinner with one cocktail and one dessert. Fair price imo

We went back the next night for burgers and the waiter was so off putting that we left without ordering. Turns out 6'7" Kevin, the waiter is a local legend.
