“The kale salad is the best I've ever had. Everything else in my pork bowl was phenomenal, flavors and textures blending to create a phenomenal meal with a complex flavor profile. Salt levels were perfect andthe salad, sauce, and mango salsa perfectly cut the fattiness of the pork. The fact that it's health conscious food just comes at a bonus really, it tastes better than most unhealthy food.“
