“I don't often review restaurants or anything else. But this place deserves all the stars I could give. The elk tacos were fabulous. I live in San Antonio, TX and tacos are serious business. Buffalo Cafe nailed it.”

“What an exceptional pizzeria located in the most unlikely place. The pizza crust is fabulous, not to mention the ridiculously good red sauce which also comes with the Jersey Buns and homemade meat balls. The atmosphere is incredible, bustling with friendly staff running pizza out to patrons and the smell as soon as you walk through the door tells you you're about to experience a real pizzeria.”

“Phenomenal!!! Was site seeing the area and decided to stop in. Small dining area, but there wasn't anyone there when we stopped. My husband got the Mudboy burger and my daughter and I the Mudbird. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The buns are homemade, they serve fresh cut fries and have local brewed root beer on tap. Prices were not bad considering the quality of the food and what my family pays for random fast food chains. Don't forget to get a huckleberry milkshake too!!!!”

“We went last night and the most amazing meal! We were greated immediately by the hostess, seated and our waitress was wonderful. They mixed up a great cocktail by combining two different ones. The mushrooms for appetizer were the best ever! The creamy marsala on the new York strip...delicious! The king crab was buttery goodness. The prime rib end cap done perfectly. Silky smooth creme brulee. The gingerbread dessert, recommended by the waitress was warm and comforting.”

“Splendid breakfast to be had at the Swift Creek Cafe. In town for a wedding and our final breakfast in Montana was here. I enjoyed a perfect hot cocoa and the Corned Beef Hash minus the egg. Service was prompt and friendly. The meal was hearty and quite tasty. I enjoyed a few offered pieces of bacon from my companions and found them perfectly done. I highly recommend.”

“Great little spot tucked in the back of the VFW. Don't let the unassuming atmosphere fool you - the food here is incredible.Everything was seasoned well and grilled perfectly. On their own they are delicious but they provide a selection of hot sauces to try if you are feeling extra spice.This delicious treasure is a must-try. Get ready for some amazing tacos!”

“We arrived in town and needed lunch! Loula's Cafe was on our must try list. It didn't disappoint. Everyone found a sandwich off their liking and they were all great. Only one of us saved room for pie though several tastes were sampled. Cute spot, super friendly staff and great food. Who could ask for more?”

“We went at the peak time - Friday at 6:45 and every table was full. Despite being so busy the food came out in a timely manner. I didn't like waiting in line to order, but hey I came at the busiest time so I should expect to wait. The bacon smash burger was delicious! It would have been better if the fries were served at the same time as the burger though. We requested more ketchup but was not given any. There's a station for napkins, salt and pepper, water etc but no ketchup. I have no problem helping myself, just make it available. The atmosphere was very comfortable and interesting. I will definitely be back.”

“Love getting coco here but it's usually really busy on the days you need to warm upKid-friendliness: Every kid is welcome here on the mountain to shred and have fun, ski classes come here often so there can be a lot of kids”

“Fabulous experience, you must visit if you are in Whitefish. Chef Reynolds' menu is outstanding, Michelin Star worthy. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bone Marrow, Burrata and Bison Tenderloin (incredible). The service was also first class, Joe was excellent. The decor and ambiance is delightful. Enjoy!”
