This place is perfectly “chill”. Wife and I love to visit breweries everywhere we go and honestly this one has the most relaxed vibe and some very tasty brews. Dogs accompany 80% their patrons which adds perfectly to the atmosphere. The food is unique and remarkably delicious. Visited Whitefish for a week and came here twice.
Went for lunch after visiting the WAG Dog Park. Love the Dog Friendly yard with lots of shady spots to relax. I had the Beet sandwich which was delicious. Hubby had the Dog special. Friendly staff and not far from downtown Whitefish. We will be back!

Based on reviews, Bonsai Brewery offers great food and beer. The burgers are the best in town, with a nice flavorful crisp on the outside and depth of flavor. The pasta salad is unique and delicious, and the side salad with homemade cilantro lime dressing is incredible. One of the best stouts and tasty IPAs are available. The new owner made nice changes to the interior, and the food is same deliciousness. Staff is very friendly, pleasant, and always making sure customers needs are met. The vibe and music are top notch, with live acoustic music. The outdoor space is large with tons of seating, and the indoor bar area has an inviting atmosphere. A good spot to enjoy.
