Didn't try any food, but the vibes and beers we had at Bonsai were top notch. The outdoor space was large and had tons of seating, and the indoor bar area had an inviting atmosphere. The options on tap were also pretty varied which is great to see.

One of the best stouts I've ever had. The burgers were so so good, the pasta salad is unique and delicious. The side salad with their homemade cilantro lime dressing was incredible. My husband had one of their IPAs and was shocked at how tasty it was. Killer choice for food and brews! 10/10 recommend!

This place was great in the summer. Nice indoor but we spend more of the time outdoors in the shaded picnic bench areas next to the building. Food was good and was relatively quick in getting made. Beer was good with a bunch of variety and the chill atmosphere by the friendly staff was great. I’d definitely hit this place again for dinner and a drink or three.

So the first day we went there for just a couple beers. Sat outside, plenty of space if weather is nice. Good beer. On the fallowing day we went back after hiking all day, needed some food. Ordered a couple beers, different flavors from before, and two bowls. Food was very tasty and beer was good as well. If we would have something like this by our house, we would definitely stop by once in a while.

This place was all around awesome. I was on vacation visiting Montana with my girlfriend to go to Glacier National Park. We try to visit a few breweries every state we visit. Bonsai was on my list of places to visit while out here and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the vibe and atmosphere was very good. There’s an inside section and outdoor. Both were good places. We ordered drinks inside, ordered food outside. Food was pretty good and hit the spot after a day of hiking and the beer was amazing and I kept wanting more. Westy and Interloper were the beers I had and I will definitely be back for more. And dogs everywhere! Dog friendly and family friendly place. Great place for any age and for a great time with good food and beer for a small laid back hang out. I definitely recommend. Every brewery I visit that becomes a place I like, a lot, especially for the beer, I purchase a growler. Bonsai Brewing definitely made the shelf and a growler was purchased for my collection. Definitely check this place out when you’re in the area. Thanks Bonsai Brewing Project! You have a friend out in New Jersey and I will recommend you to all friends of mine and tell them to visit. I will definitely be back
