My wife and I popped into Ciao Mambo in Whitefish Montana the other night and had a wonderful meal. This place serves great Italian food. If you love Italian food, this is the place to go. Whitefish has some wonderful restaurants, so this is just one of many. We had the Papa Biagio’s Bolognese, the half Caesar, and the Linguine Arrabbiata. They were wonderful. The Bolognese was a bit watery from what I am used to, but it was delicious nevertheless. The Caesar was strong and bright. The free garlic bread to start the meal was simply sinful it was so good. You have to love garlic to eat here. The wine list was comprehensive and priced right. The atmosphere was so Italian, warm and comforting. We ate upstairs at the counter and our server Casey was friendly and very attentive. Make reservations for sure, and maybe a few days ahead just in case. I was advised to try the cod which was the special of the evening, so maybe next visit. Until then, Ciao

All I can say is “wow”!! We arrived at 5pm for a 5:15pm reservation. There was already a line outside waiting to get in. They seated us right away. They took the notes from my reservation and wrote welcoming messages on our table (see pic)! The food was incredible! Please make sure you try the bruschetta! It was so unique! I could have made a meal out of the garlic bread and I ate EVERY bite of the fettuccine alla lulubella!! I cannot recommend Mambo enough!!!

Best meal I’ve had in a long time. Took a chance and didn’t make a reservation but got sat at a bar top with about a 30 minute wait. So worth it! From the garlic bread to the whipped feta to our main dishes; the food was excellent. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating, we will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Taylor was the BEST waitress weve ever had! The food was so delicious! Salad was fresh, and our pasta dishes were amazing. But the BREAD was to die for! So good! Thank you!
The sauce was excellent! The service was a bit slow. We had to ask the server several times to bring water. The calamari was delicious. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were good, but they had a bit too much breading.

First time East Coast diners looking for a good Italian meal while visiting Whitefish and Mambo exceeded our expectations. Our server, Carly, was a delight... personable and attentive. The bruschetta was outstanding and both entrees delicious. A truly enjoyable experience.. kudos to Mambo - Mountain Italian!

Mambo's is a fun place to have an Italian dinner in Whitefish. There are so many delicious entrees on the menu. My favorite is the Lasagna. The pizzas are wonderful. Nice variety.
