Excellent value for dinner!!! Also, and more importantly, great food! We encountered no vampires afterwards, so it worked! Hahahahah! The air is a little chilly, but that also keeps things comfortable..... love eating here!

This is the 1st time I will be commenting negatively on Ciao Mambo. 1st concern...the bread. I sat at the counter. What is up with that small oven? Bread not near as good as it has been in the past. 2nd concern.. the young man preparing the bread. His hair was not contained. Hanging in his eyes and probably falling on the bread.

We had an excellent dining experience from start to finish. We had excellent service and the food was even better than we remembered! Our two youngest diners, 7yo and 4 yo, devoured their dinners, spaghetti and meatballs and bow ties with butter. We will definitely return.

If, off-season or shoulder season, we want a trustworthy fine meal with great wine choices, it has to be Mountain Mambo. We can count on our favorite server remembering us, our menu choices, even customizations like browning the topping cheese a tad. The salads are always stately and refined, the entrees consistent and impeccable, and the personal service perfectly rounds out a memorable evening.

Was given this recommendation from a local and it did not disappoint. If looking for great Italian in this small town this is the place

Third time dining here. Caesar salad had very little dressing and not nearly as good as the last time I dined here. Missing garlic and anchovies. Pastas were good but had too much sauce. Almost like a pasta soup. A little disappointed as the previous two experiences were tremendous

Love everything about this restaurant ... the setting, the food, the wine, the server Jessie and all the other staff. Thanks for another lovely time!

Food was fantastic as always! Our server was trying to rush us throughout our entire meal. Came to see if we wanted to pay the bill right after dessert arrived. We had to ask twice for our to go boxes and he just kinda tossed them on the table.

The quality of the food is really sub par for what you're paying here. Marinara sauce is maybe best described as “deconstructed”. It's like someone was trying to follow a recipe but didn't understand how to put it all together correctly. The flavors/ingredients are there but the consistency is more like a chunky jarred salsa than a pasta sauce, resulting in watery rather bland pasta dishes, slightly soggy wood fired pizza with little sauce flavor, and soup like lasagna. Order anything with mozzarella in it/on it and expect the cheese to have a more plastic consistency than gooey. If you've ever tried to melt string cheese it's kind of like that. The bruschetta with ricotta was tasty and their complimentary bread was also nice. The table 3 inches from us sent a dish back and ended up ordering soup instead. From their discussion with their server they enjoyed their soup a great deal. If you've ever order a Caesar salad to not expect it to be traditional in anyway. Ours was topped with mushrooms and black olives and the only traditional thing about it may have been the dressing itself. This is the 3rd time we've given this place a shot and, except for our kids, we've ordered different dishes every time and they are just consistently bad. Our servers are always great people, friendly and welcoming, but depending on who you get service can be slow so don't be in a rush or you'll be frustrated. Over all: waitstaff is usually great. Food is awful and not worth the price tag.

We went as a family of four adults with an infant. All four different entrees were delicious. We shared the tootsie roll app, and it was really great. Good recommendation from server for wine. Baby got fussy, and staff was super sweet keeping entrees warm while Mom & Dad went outside to care for baby.

This place is always EXCEPTIONAL in every way! I take my clients there...they are overwhelmed at the product, setting, service!

Excellent food. Excellent service. Most authentic Italian restaurant in the area. This place is the absolute best!

The experience was wonderful. The welcome written on the table cloth, the waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was outstanding. My wife had the lasagna and I had the eggplant. Both were superb. We sat in the front by the window. It felt very private and we enjoyed the Italian dinner music that was in the background.

Our 25th wedding anniversary ~ the table was decorated for our arrival. Love the atmosphere and rich tasting food. Best service. Thank you

I make a trip to Ciao Mambo every year for my birthday and get the same pasta Ravenna because it's so good! But this year it was not good, very watery and not the usual creamy delicious dish. None of the six of us thought our food was good. So sad!
