Romantic atmosphere. Would be a great date night restaurant. The upstairs had a cozy cove that would be perfect for an intimate setting or a small group. The servers were all working hard and very friendly. The food was good, but not what we are used to. The red sauces were thin, yet chunky. In other words it was a very loose sauce (needs a spoon) but had large chunks of tomatoes, which we weren’t used to nor do we necessarily prefer. But this comes down to personal preference, and nothing against the chefs. The garlic bread they bring out is phenomenal!

Came here 2 days ago for my birthday dinner while visiting GNP from Michigan. The food was fantastic! Staff could not have been any nicer and the ambience was great. I will advise anyone coming to the area to eat here. Bravo Mambo!

This restaurant is a MUST if you’re in the Whitefish - Columbia Falls area. Wife and I waited about 10-15 minutes for a table which was perfectly fine because we did not have a reservation - GET ONE ! Anyways, as an Italian American from New Jersey… this is something I don’t say without hesitation… but it’s deserved … this may be the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to - the staff was fantastic, the caprese salad - must. The tootsie rolls - must. Any entree will do - but be sure to order the Lemon Mascarpone cake at the end!! ENJOY !!

The food was phenomenal; from the garlic bread and the caprese to the pasta and steak Marsala. The penne was overcooked but the flavor made up for it. The service was excellent, especially considering they were understaffed. We are from out of town but will make a point to come here for future visits. It’s a must-try!

This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. Unfortunately it was very disappointing tonight. I have observed their portion size of lasagna get a bit smaller every year, but still willingly paying $25 for it. Tonight they served me such a small piece, it was astonishing. Mambo, you let me down.

I ordered the carbonara. I didn’t look closely enough at the menu. It came with lots of raw onions and I think radish slices. Was hoping for a traditional carbonara.
