The experience was wonderful. The welcome written on the table cloth, the waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was outstanding. My wife had the lasagna and I had the eggplant. Both were superb. We sat in the front by the window. It felt very private and we enjoyed the Italian dinner music that was in the background.

I make a trip to Ciao Mambo every year for my birthday and get the same pasta Ravenna because it's so good! But this year it was not good, very watery and not the usual creamy delicious dish. None of the six of us thought our food was good. So sad!

Food was very good. Only complaint on food/beverages was the decaf coffee after the meal was very poor - looked like tea. Also quite a few flies and we were forced to share a table with strangers, which we would have preferred not to do.

The restaurant was so good. We ate there twice. The pasta was homemade. The bread was delicious.We ate at the bar both times. People were not dressed up. Very casually dressed. They do have a covered patio also for seating. The restaurant is small the first time there we did not have a reservation so we sat at the bar. We had a reservation but opted for the bar. Had the same waitress both times very sweet.

As always the food was excellent and the service was great. The ambience is as it should be in a busy Italian restaurant, noisey. Any time we are near Whitefish, we make time to eat there.

Romantic atmosphere. Would be a great date night restaurant. The upstairs had a cozy cove that would be perfect for an intimate setting or a small group. The servers were all working hard and very friendly. The food was good, but not what we are used to. The red sauces were thin, yet chunky. In other words it was a very loose sauce (needs a spoon) but had large chunks of tomatoes, which we weren’t used to nor do we necessarily prefer. But this comes down to personal preference, and nothing against the chefs. The garlic bread they bring out is phenomenal!
