About Cutthroat Bagel Company
Cutthroat Bagel Company Reviews
Phenomenal bagels. No need to toast them (which is a great sign.) Baked daily, full of flavor, and so chewy in all the best ways. The eggs on the sandwich are notably stellar too - creamy and smooth which isn't an easy feat. My dad grew up in NJ, so we visit NJ/NY regularly and eat bagels daily there. Cutthroat Bagels are distinct, but have those share the key features of any great east coast bagel.
Note: the caramelized onion cream cheese is fire.
Wow! Fantastic bagel sandwich! Eggs are made fresh for each sandwich. It was simply perfect. On previous visits I have gotten bagels and cream cheese and they too were great! Good people & Good food. I almost don’t want post this review because I don’t want to ruin this perfect little bagel shop but the people and their food deserves it!
This was my first time today (06/13) to Cutthroat Bagel. I had a salted bagel with the garlic schmear. This is the best bagel I have had in a very long time. So crispy on the outside in the inside was just tender soft perfection and the shemere was delicious. I look forward to going back and having some salmon schmear which is my favorite. This is definitely my go-to bagel place now. Highly highly recommend them

Cutthroat Bagel Company is a cute restaurant inside a converted house with a great cozy atmosphere and solid vibe. It has the best bagels in the Flathead, some say the best west of NYC. The bagels have really good flavor and texture, and all are vegan. Popular choices include the salty seedy bagel, which is very salty and has fennel seeds, and the salt and seed bagel, described as a revelation. They make fantastic bagel sandwiches with eggs made fresh for each order, like the eggs cheese and bacon. Other items include bagels and cream cheese, lox and capers, hummus, and seasonal peach jam. The staff is cool, friendly, and good people. Some note the bagels are expensive, but the food is great, fresh, and satisfying, making it a perfect little bagel shop.
