I would give five stars but there's a problem with the value.

My favorite place for chicken strip baskets. Can't say much about the atmosphere on account of the lobby still being closed. But the guys at the take out window are some of the most friendly I've seen. That goes a long way.

So I was just at Dairy Queen in Whitefish 9–21 at approximately 5:30 PM. I ordered two original cheeseburgers. Oh my gosh.! I could tell it was made ahead of time and put into the microwave because the bread is extremely chewy. It’s not hot at all. The cheese didn’t melt and the pickles are warm. also as the bun cools it becomes hard. You should be ashamed of yourself serving that kind of food to people. Also, your Pepsi is flat. It used to be the best tasting Pepsi in town. You are such a disappointment.

We visited here yesterday on our way back to Canada. This was our last stop, so we had planned to go in wash our hands and get the kids treat. When we arrived, there were multiple signs stating that the dining room was closed, but the drive through was open (once we got to the drive through, there was a notice that they were short staffed, so understandable). We waited for quite a while for the 4 cars ahead of us, about 15 minutes. Once we got to the speaker, we ordered with no issue. The issues began when we got to the window to pay. My husband held up his visa and the guy working there said "I need to take it, our machine is in here". So my husband passed him our visa and the guy passed out our ice cream. We waited about 3 minutes, before the guy finally said "it's not working" and my husband replied "that's really weird, we've been using it all day with no issue..." (at this point we had been to 5 different places, and had plenty of money available on it). The guy said "well, is this some kind of card from Canada or something?" we laughed, because we truly thought he was joking. It's a visa. Generally all retailers take Visa. It doesn't matter where it came from. So we said, "yes we're from Canada". And the guy replies, "I'm sorry that doesn't work here".... Ummm... What??? So my husband tells him let me try my debit card I guess, but it won't work, and I need to put in my pin". So the guy says "we don't have the handheld part for this machine, you can't put your chip in."... Again... What??? How can you offer debit without a chip reader or the ability to use anything other than tap? There should be a sign, if that's the case. Well we try debit and no go. At this point, I tell them they're going to have to take the ice cream back. So another guy comes over, and says, we can try it again, but I don't know what to tell you, we don't have the card reader, and the card won't work. " so my husband makes him try the debit again. (at this point we've been trying for about 7 or 8 minutes, and we're embarrassed and frustrated). Finally it goes through. This is just a forewarning to any other Canadians, or people who have debit cards without tap/broken tap; don't go here. They really need signage to explain they don't have the proper debit capabilities, and that their staff aren't trained on the machine properly ("Canadian visa doesn't work here" ... ?‍♀️)The ice cream was cold though?! ?

It’s DQ but it’s been closed inside for years. Ice cream is great (blizzards!!) but you need to be prepared to have melted ice cream because you need to drive somewhere else before you can eat it.

Definitely NOT open past 8pm. Very frustrating to drive all the way there just for them to be closed. Why do your hours reflect being open until 11pm??

This location is closed, you can only use the drive thru. Was unable to experience the food, so rating is based the experience.

I mean it's good but the hours at this location do NOT match what's online. Store hours are posted in the door and window. Even if you try to edit the hours with Google, corporate edits them back. Current hours: Monday to Saturday 11am-9pm. CLOSED Sundays. It's been like this for

They get our orders right 99% off the time. The blizzards are always straight soft-serve ice cream in the bottom half.
