What an amazing experience we had at a wedding where we were served some of the best BBQ this side of the Mason Dixon and Mississippi. Ed McGrew’s BBQ of Whitefish, MT stands tall among any Q that I have eaten from Texas, KCMO, or the Carolina’s.
Good barbecue has just enough smoke to create the richness and flavor without overpowering the natural flavors produced when slow cooking the meat. McGrew’s BBQ was just that… SO GOOD and flavorful.
