I ordered online. It posted a time when my order would be ready. When I arrived shortly after that time I was told that online orders don't have priority when they are busy. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes past the stated pick-up time.

We are residents of Eureka and thought we would go to dinner tonight with some Christmas money we received. The service was terrible, no water refills, I had to stop her to get the check, walk to the front to pay, the food was not good at all, I got a Cesar Wrap and it it was full of lettuce and maybe 1 strip of chicken… the pasta was cool with no flavor. I doubt I will ever go back.. waste of money!

stopped in for late lunch today 12/14/24 and it was a horrible experience. didnt even get seated. the guy working just kept walking past is and ignoring thst we were even there. note that ot wasnt even busy with only a couple other customers and it was 2pm. we decided to just leave and were walking out and the guy finally asked if needed a table.....no duh....that's why we were there. I mentioned we were just going to leave and go elsewhere and his comment was....it's your choice and he walked away. thisnlocation used to be great.......not anymore. if I could give a negative rating for customer service I would. my previous review was very high good food and service at the whitefish location

I highly recommend this restaurant! I ate here twice while staying in Whitefish. The Willow Creek sandwich was one of the BEST I've ever had in my life! Also, great atmosphere and really nice staff! Sophie provided excellent service as well!

We came on a Monday night. There were only a few other patrons dining, so we were seated right away. Sophie was our server, and she was amazing the whole dinner. She was very kind, bubbly, and attentive. The food was hot and decent, but there was nothing to write home about. I would come back for the service.

Arrived at 8pm on November 9th. Service was slow, and only 4 tables in entire restaurant. Appetizers were good, and I would rate them 5 stars. Server had to ask twice what we ordered for drinks, and very slow to come out. Ordered salads and entrees, and entree came out, salads arrived about 8-10 minutes after. Took forever to get ketchup for the fries (they were old, and tasted bad). Disappointed that other server ran the vacuum while we ate, and talked about how they were cleaning the bathroom. Pasta was good, sandwiches looked and tasted good, fries and salads were bad.

It took over 30 minutes to receive appetizer, which was cheese bread that should only take 5-10 minutes. It was not crowded, only a few tables were occupied. Once we finally received our pizza, after about 45+ minutes it was missing ingredients and when we inquired they said they were out of that ingredient. Waitress never relayed that information. Pizza was average, I would not recommend eating here.
My pizza was delicious, but the people I was with both of their pizzas were undercooked.

It was a weird dining experience. The server informed us that they were out of arugula but the manager went across the street to buy some. As a result, it would take longer for my friend's salad to arrive at the table. I ordered a pasta dish and it was cold by the time it was brought to the table with the salad. It was obvious that it had been prepared for a considerable amount of time before it was brought to the table not only because it was cold, but because the cheese sprinkled on the top didn't have that slightly melted texture of being placed on hot food.

Went to have pizza, had the stockman. Absolutely wonderful, paired with two delicious hard ciders recommended by our wonderful waitress A.J. she had such great customer service and knew the answer to every question we asked always with a smile. Will happily revisit this location any time.

The pizza was outstanding and our server was very friendly. Really minor complaint, but it took a bit longer than I would have expected for the food to come out.
Dietary restrictions: My wife had no issues with gluten free options.
