We didn't see the server again after he brought our food. I even had to ask for our ticket. The place wasn't busy at all, we were there about 2 in the afternoon. I'm not sure if the Reuben even had sauce on it, the coleslaw was just a dish of shredded cabbage where again, they seem to have forgotten the sauce, the lodgepoles (bread sticks) were standard Pizza Hut fare, half a pizza crust sliced, not genuine breadsticks. Overall, very disappointing.

Soooo good. We got the Caesar chicken wrap and the Italian chicken panini. Both were amazing, highly recommend.

10/10 will not order again. 2 salads and a pizza $55, for extremely mediocre food. Save your money and walk around the corner to Jersey Boys Pizza! Poor managerial service, and friendly PSA for consumers, all advertised specials are not valid when ordering online, even though when you call to order, the answering service sends you a link to order online and hangs up. Do better Mackenzie, we’re not all tourists eating here :)

I didn't like the pizza it was undercooked, the dough wasn't cooked on top. Pepperoni is very mediocre, was hard to digest. Flat bread was good.

So I’ll start off by saying I’ve eaten at the WF MacPie for over 20 years. All through middle school and high school. My friends were waitresses there and we used to go in 3-4 times a week to hang out and get a cheap bite to eat. I bet I’ve eaten here over 1,000 times.Over the last 3-4 years it has really gone downhill. From poor service to poor or changed pizza crust to items just being made completely wrong. Today was the final straw.I’m a creature of habit and get one of two things every single time. A Madison pizza or a Willow Creek sandwich with chips and a side of sour cream. Well today I got a Willow Creek. My wife got a Cobb salad and my kid got a Mac N Cheese pizza. While the food took 30+ mins to come out with 5-6 tables in the place it came out and looked decent. Here is where it goes bad. I grabbed my first half of sandwich and held it while I talked to my wife. On the bottom side I spotted something dark. I flipped it over and found a HUGE spot of mold. Not surface. Deep in the bread. Almost entirely through the bread. I immediately placed it down and waited for the waitress. When she came over she looked stunned but didn’t say much. About 5 mins later she came back and said they were remaking it and had removed it off our bill. I told her to have it boxed to go as my family would be done eating by the time they made a new one. She obliged.10 or so minutes later the manager came by and apologized. Claimed they checked the remaining bread in the kitchen and found nothing. They then offered us a card for a whopping 20% off our next meal and a card for free lodgepoles. I would have immediately comped the entire meal. 25-30 minutes after they took away my moldy sandwich they brought out the replacement Willow creek. My wife opened it to check the sandwich and noticed that there was no meat! The replacement for the moldy sandwich had no meat! Unreal. I took it back to the kitchen and opened the to go box to show the staff. The staff stood there and apologized but acted like they didn’t care and weren’t surprised.Needless to say after 20+ years eating here I don’t think we will ever come back. The service is below average, the food which used to be outstanding is lacking in flavor, consistency and quality. And the pricing is absurd. $26 for a large pizza is crazy. Especially for 5 ingredients.Take your money elsewhere.

A chain, a poorly ran one at that. Drinks were empty repeatedly, food took an eternity to come out, and once it did it was warm not hot. They were extremely slow as its shutdown time for glacier and the last week at the ski lodge. The pizza crust was like I bought a pizza kit from Costco, the pizza sauce was clearly from a massive long term storage can, and the toppings were sparse and mediocre. I don’t typically condemn a location, but avoid at all costs and get a few take out pies from dominos: save the wait, disappointment in taste and your wallet.

Unfortunately not what it used to be. Same pizza 3 years ago(right) verses today(left). Much less toppings and crust was pretty much a cracker. It's OK now but it used to be one of the best. I don't think I'll be back.

Order was supposed to be ready at 5:09.. showed up at 5:10 said they were waiting on a salad... OK wait a few minutes no problem... go back to the counter and they pull the pizza and wings out of the warmer and leave them on the counter while they served 3 other people in which 2 of them had salads, while still waiting on my salad. Finally 5:21 rolls around and finally salad is ready. Go to eat the wings and they are cold. Disappointed in a place that I normally enjoy

We came in as a group of 8. The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was terrible. Kamiah was in a bad mood from the moment we got there. Multiple food items never came out, and it was a pain to get it corrected. After leaving we realized that we never received the deals for happy hour (which was part of the reason those items were ordered). Again, the food was all delicious, but maybe just get it to go...

This is a mainstay for us - has been for years. Kid friendly of course and usually very good food with a large selection of different flavors. This visit presented two challenges: first one being that the wait staff was way short (typical mountain resort town issue anymore - can't blame MR) and it took a while to even get attention. Second, and most importantly, we have been ordering the buffalo wing pizza for years and have always liked it, no loved it! Per their menu, it is " dusted with blue cheese crumbles," which is the way that we expected it and have always liked it. This time, I don't know if they used a blue cheese spread or if they just got carried away with the crumbles or if they have changed their recipe - but the blue cheese completely overtook the entire flavor of the pizza, I mean it was in my nostrils for hours after eating it. So, until they get this back under control, buyer beware that unless you absolutely love blue cheese, this may not be the right pizza for you!

Got a pizza for takeout and it was delicious! Very easy to order online and it was ready when I arrived. Easy to do pickup. Love all of their flavor options and cant wait to try another. The gluten free crust was good too!

Group of 5 got served to a table instantly. Then we had the best waitress, Linnea. She had the best customer service, being super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. A wonderful waitress that made the experience at Mackenzie River great!
