I have been generally happy with how McDonalds have upped their service over the years. This one was clearly overwhelmed; can’t remember the last time I’ve seen one so busy. Unfortunately, that’s not an excuse for getting two parts of our order wrong, and everyone working so feverishly behind the counter that you can’t get anyone’s attention to resolve the error. My family enjoyed most of their meal while I was at the pickup counter waiting.

As far as McDonald's goes, this one is great! The one in my hometown is terrible. This one is quick, freshly made food with hot crisp fries, nothing overcooked. The lady who brought it to our table was friendly and anticipated we'd need ketchup. Super clean.
