This McD’s has always been one of the better ones I’ve been too. But it seems as of late they are super short staffed all the time. This morning I made an order on the app for pickup. Arrived 5 minutes later and proceeded to wait for about 20 minutes before I had to leave to not be late to work. Never got food, couldn’t get my money back. There were maybe 3 or 4 employees who were working hard but they just need more hands. If you need fast food in whitefish you’re better off going to one of the bars that serve burgers. This McDonald’s apparently needs 30 minutes to make you one. Update it’s now been 43 minutes since I put the order in and apparently it’s still being prepared according to the app!

I drop my kids off here with their friends for the snow bus. They get kicked out because they have ski boots on. That’s a lot of $ lost because there is no solution for ski boots at a snow bus pickup location. As for the food, they get the order wrong about 1/4 of the time. They don’t usually have enough workers, which isn’t the overwhelmed workers fault. The workers they do have are typically very nice.

This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been at. They are ALWAYS under staffed. Today I went into the lobby and thought I'd try going in since the drive thru always gives me cold food. I stood there for 7 minutes. YES 7 ENTIRE MINUTES. I asked three different workers is anyone taking orders and not one of them said a word back. It's bulshit that this is the kind of service this establishment provides. Not to mention there prices are criminal and you have to pay a resort tax to be ignored.

Worst ever. Feel sick. Ordered 11.59 burger without cheese it came with 3 slices!!! Clearly that was intentional. Fries were gross. Only reason ate there was for Grandchildren. Cook should be terminated. Horrid food. Flies in dining room!

Thanks for wasting my time. Cars are still lining up behind me thinking they're open. McDonald's doesn't deliver.

No register service sign saying staff shortages. Place was completely empty,but staff were busy with drive throughs. Perhaps they should stick to a drive thru as I got the impression they didn't want to serve people at the table. Our food took 16 minutes to arrive. No cheese in my cheese burger,chips were barely warm. Not a very good experience.
