I have been generally happy with how McDonalds have upped their service over the years. This one was clearly overwhelmed; can’t remember the last time I’ve seen one so busy. Unfortunately, that’s not an excuse for getting two parts of our order wrong, and everyone working so feverishly behind the counter that you can’t get anyone’s attention to resolve the error. My family enjoyed most of their meal while I was at the pickup counter waiting.

Terrible service every night there is a line around the building in the drive-through if they had more than two people working might help them out a little bit
Parked us and left are food behind the counter untill it was cold. While they served other people Because they were to lazy to bring it out. -10 stars. No worries we came in and got it. WE WANT ARE MONEY BACK.

This McD’s has always been one of the better ones I’ve been too. But it seems as of late they are super short staffed all the time. This morning I made an order on the app for pickup. Arrived 5 minutes later and proceeded to wait for about 20 minutes before I had to leave to not be late to work. Never got food, couldn’t get my money back. There were maybe 3 or 4 employees who were working hard but they just need more hands. If you need fast food in whitefish you’re better off going to one of the bars that serve burgers. This McDonald’s apparently needs 30 minutes to make you one. Update it’s now been 43 minutes since I put the order in and apparently it’s still being prepared according to the app!

I drop my kids off here with their friends for the snow bus. They get kicked out because they have ski boots on. That’s a lot of $ lost because there is no solution for ski boots at a snow bus pickup location. As for the food, they get the order wrong about 1/4 of the time. They don’t usually have enough workers, which isn’t the overwhelmed workers fault. The workers they do have are typically very nice.
