Montana Coffee Traders Roastery and Cafe

Our favorite coffee shop during our Whitefish vacation. Visited at least 4 times and each time everything ordered was wonderful. Tried two other coffee options while vacationing and y’all were by far the best.

My significant other and I just left this location in Whitefish and unfortunately (because we have been regulars at MCT coffee) we will not be coming back. The staff had horrible customer service. They were almost non-responsive during our interactions and when they did respond they collectively did so with a pompous and annoyed attitude. Don’t hire people nor work in customer service if you don’t enjoy serving customers and think you are above doing so. We also go to the Kalispell branch very often they are always kind. As a business owner myself I believe employees and your company culture dictate the impression that is left on your customer, Whitefish MCT employees today failed 12/05/24 approx 11:30AM

Great staff and baristas. Yummy coffee. Cute shop. Right next to my work so I’m just adding them as part of my paycheck withholding now.

I live in Helena and stopped in for the first time at Montana coffee traders there in whitefish. I ordered an Americano and purchased a Thai veggie wrap. The coffee and food were wonderful! the customer service was great. I would recommend them highly. I left my wallet there and didn't discover it until I got back to Helena. I called immediately and a staff member assured me my wallet was there and the manager would call me the next day to help me arrange getting it sent back to Helena. I worked with the manager Nate and he was fantastic and helping me figure out a plan. To my surprise Nate text me and let me know my wallet was on its way back to Helena along with coffee all free of charge. I can't thank them enough! what a testament to the integrity of the staff and their customer service ❤️. I am now a new fan and look forward to my next trip to White Fish to personally thank all.

Expensive PR lesson for the Texas losers who own this place to not sue actual Montana-owned businesses. Work on making your own product better. Neighbors don't sue neighbors, so you're not our neighbor.

great place!!!!!

This place is a MUST VISIT if you love quality coffee and are in the area. Their selection is excellent, the shop is quaint, and the Tuesday roastery tour is fascinating.

The folks in this place are fantastic. Helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they know how to consistently roast beans...and their coffee is delicious.

Terrible service. A lot of people behind the counter without a clue. Waited in a long line to order. Then took 20 minutes to get a Bagel, which was cold by the time I got it. Coffee was average. Not sure why this place is popular.

Great coffee and pastries. The line was long and the pastries I had decided on were gone by the time I made it to the register. Chocolate milk is not sold and asking for it to be made seemed to confused the ladies prepping the coffees. The coffee and pastries were very tasty.

We stayed at North Forty Resort and they got coffee from Montana Coffee Traders for the cabins they rent out and this coffee is delicious. Will be a added stop for coffee on our next trip to Glacier.

The huckleberry lemonade is amazing, coffee is delicious and the food is yummy!! The staff is super sweet. You will not be disappointed!

Montana coffee traders Italian roast is the best coffee I have ever tasted However. 2weeks ago I paid $12.50 a pound today….$16.98 I am out Lost me as a customer I am really sorry to say That is absolutely outrageous!!!

Amazing experience - the best

I found a large bug in my coffee. It was inside of a 16 ounce drip coffee. Disgusting. Pretty poor customer service.
