Our journey through a vegan desert ended with this delightful tofu Bowl. Honestly I'd say this is the best fried tofu ever and I usually prefer to just have my tofu heated and not fried but this could change my mind!
It's been difficult to find any good (or really any at all) vegan options while visiting Montana. This food truck was a good find. Got the crispy tofu bowl and it was really good.
The food is fresh and leaves you feeling good. The person manning the truck was very nice and helpful. Next to an ice little sitting/hammock area that is partially shaded to enjoy your food.
