The kale salad is the best I've ever had. Everything else in my pork bowl was phenomenal, flavors and textures blending to create a phenomenal meal with a complex flavor profile. Salt levels were perfect andthe salad, sauce, and mango salsa perfectly cut the fattiness of the pork. The fact that it's health conscious food just comes at a bonus really, it tastes better than most unhealthy food.

Gotta love GOOD food trucks!! If you happen to be in Whitefish, Montana, make sure to stop by Rebel Roots Kitchen food truck next to Apres Hotel. The Hawaiian Pork Tacos are excellent!
