I don’t know if he was the store manager or one of the baristas but this guy spent the entire time I was in there talking on his phone, barely paying attention to customers, and the other poor employee seemed to be doing everything on his own.
When someone said the bathroom had no TP he seemed annoyed at being interrupted with his phone conversation, and didn’t bother adding new TP rolls, but just advised the person to use the other bathroom which barely had any TP at all.
I’ve worked in coffee shops and know how it is. But someone needs to pull that guy aside and train him better.
