I don’t know how this location doesn’t have higher marks. There was just one girl out front but she was very friendly with all the customers. We had to wait for someone who had a multi sandwich order but she was working as fast as she could. Our sandwiches were probably the best subway’s we’ve ever had. The bread was Italian herb and cheese…it was extremely fresh. We walked back to our hotel and my meatball sub was still piping hot. I highly recommend this location.

My girlfriend and I ordered for Curbside we get there and the lady who was working comes out; definitely upset. Opens the door angrily and comes to our vehicle I say hi in a friendly way as I am just a nice person in general. She visibly looks upset and she goes to hand me my food and just aggressively hands it towards me and throws it into my lap. Walks away and angrily says have a nice day. I don't know if she is having a bad day or not but you don't take it out on people who are being respectful and kind.

Anthony was by himself and made a super sandwich and had a great attitude. I would have given 5 stars but having one person doing everything made the wait long. Management should not have 1 person in a store

Door dash says this store doesn't accept special orders on line and to call for special orders but don't even think about calling because they say they don't take phone orders during busy hours. Their food ain't that good in the first place. Never again here. After I got my food it was tuna and I ordered turkey and the receipt was even right.

The Whitefish Subway is a place I go when I just need something fresh and different from my place of employment. The manager there is so so so friendly. I can't remember her name, but she makes sure that what goes on my sandwich is fresh and delicious. She takes good care of her store, always clean. Her staff are well trained and welcoming. I highly recommend this location!! Thanks. 5 stars 🗣

I've been eating there quite often for lunch and haven't had a bad sandwich there yet. The manager there is extremely friendly and definitely goes out of our way to give you what you want. Everything you want in a sandwich place. Fast friendly food made with a smile ! Really? Wish the rest of the locations would come in and see how she runs things.

I ordered A roast beef wrap. It was soggy, small protions, cost more than what it’s worth, no taste. I ordered an all American salad. What a mess! No taste, small proportions, not worth the $15 I paid for it. The presentation sucked. Too much mayonnaise too much oil and vinegar. It says if they didn’t give a damn.
On our way to Whitefish city beach kids were hungry and this was the only Subway in Whitefish. We were greeted by Mary who was kind and nice. This subway was quite clean and interior looks like its rewamped and looks contemporary. Washrooms were nice and clean and store was overall quite clean. Menu was varied I tried dipper and pretzel which are new as I didnt see them in Canada over all kids had fun lots of soda options. Highly recommend this Subway. Vegetarian options: Subway used to carry veggie patty but this one did not have or may be in States they dont. I dont know but I miss it.

Jayden was a champ handling the store by herself. If the owner reads this, you need more than ONE person running the place. Poor girl was overloaded. But she powered through and made sure everyone knew she’d get to them and apologized for the wait time. Some people ended up walking out because of the wait, which was in no way her fault. The 5 stars for this review are specifically for her.
