I went to your website/app and it said “online ordering unavailable” but not why, so I thought it might a technical/web issue and so I went ahead and wrote down what we wanted, thinking that I could call in the order.
Unfortunately the phone was out of order, so I drove to the restaurant to place the order in person. That’s where I was told that you were too busy to do takeout… A thing that would have been great to find out over the phone.
I don’t know why the phone wasn’t working, but I hope that you normally would have a message to let the customer know that you’re too busy to take orders.“
