The Great Northern Bar & Grill

Been coming to the great northern a great deal and for a long time. In the last year the costumer server has gotten so bad. We simply asked on of the bartenders if the other was intoxicated as she was spurring and yelling (it was a Wednesday night and nobody was in the bar) and both the bartenders started yelling and screaming at me and my friends and flipping us off. We also tipped them 30% prior to that questions. Crazzyyy experience but even after that the bartenders have been so so rude.

The bouncer charged all my friends a $5 cover and when he got to me he made me pay $10. I know it’s only a $5 difference but I really feel like that’s kind of rude and discriminatory. You might be thinking that I’m not a local and that’s why but nope. Born and raised right here is whitefish.

I only showed up for the music until a new head cook got hired. I've only had conversations when they were angry so I don't recommend the food. Great place for shows

Came here to get a quick bite of food and to avoid the high prices of the local restaurants. The sandwiches and burgers were good. The fish and chicken tenders were of course frozen and then deep-fried but were decent.

Absolutely love this place. Beat wings we have ever had! Crinkle cut fries as a bonus too! Friendly staff!

I’ve been going for many years, but the quality of bartenders has severely decreased. I’ve seen them solicit customers information, badmouth customers to their faces. Not a place I want to go and have a beer anymore. The night life is okay. But same thing. Also they charge whatever they want to your card, without even bringing you the drink they charge you for thumbs down.

If I could give this bar a 0, I absolutely would! TERRIBLE hospitality. The blonde bartender was extremely rude and started hollering after we asked for our drinks to have a bit more sweetener. Absolutely zero hospitality! Terrible experience for visitors.
