I am 50 years old. I cannot tell you how many tacos I have had in my life. They are one of my favorite foods.
Today, at a food truck in Whitefish Montana I had the best taco I've ever had. I can't tell you why it was so good. All I know is the combination of ingredients and the amazing carnitas came together beautifully. If you see this food truck, stop immediately and eat. I promise you you will not be upset about it.
