The food was delicous. The elk meatloaf is a must try. The service was so slow and the restaurant was not that busy. Food great, service needs help.
Stephanie our server was the best server we have ever had. The food was so bomb, did not dissapoint!
Would be a 5 star review if the menu items remained consistent; I'm reminiscing about the food from the old Tupelo. I had the shrimp and grits, and though good, it was a different recipe and in my opinion not as good. Same can be said about Caesar salad (glad they brought it back), but not the same. Atmosphere and service are still very good.
Overall, I was not very pleased with the meal. The food was about a 3-star experience — not terrible, but definitely not what we were expecting. The gumbo was especially disappointing, lacking any visible seafood and far too spicy. The highlight of the meal was the biscuits, which were easily the best thing our group had. Unfortunately, it was an unfortunate overall experience.
Carley was a fantastic waitress! We enjoyed our food, however the portions could have been half what they were. The wine list was superb although perhaps a little too big.
Service was outstanding. Our waitress Shelby could not have been better. Had the Bison and it was great!!! Great experience!
We had an excellent meal last night. The biscuits appetizer and catfish each were the best I have ever eaten. My wife's blackened halibut was excellent as well. The service was extremely attentive from the time we came in until we left. In fact, we have another reservation for Monday before we head home.
Although eating Cajun isn't normally what you would consider while in Whitefish, this restaurant is definitely worth it! Also, do yourself a favor and order the biscuits to start...
Exceptionally prepared fresh food. Large portions served by friendly staff. The Elk Meatloaf was off the charts!
Our food was very tasty, but the portion of each dish was just too much. I would recommend splitting a meal unless you are a big eater! The waiter was great!

The chicken was ridiculously overcooked. It was like biting into a rock. I had to remove skin just to eat the meat.
Haven't been here in a while but took out of town guests and was pleasantly surprised! Service was excellent, food was outstanding, drinks were great! Appetizer of the Nashville Chicken sliders were amazing! The pork special was a favorite as was the elk meatloaf and the elk brat. We enjoyed the entire experience and will go back soon!
Fabulous food and fabulous server! They could not have been more accommodating with our large group (14). We had such a great time!
First time visiting was July ‘20. It was phenomenal! Came back to Whitefish 5 yrs later and menu is totally different. It was the first place I went to when we came in to town and was so disappointed to see they had removed the bison filet. We had drinks, chatted with waitress Betsy (who was outstanding) and went somewhere else.
Servoce was excellent - our server was amiable and professional. Drinks and food were delicious...absolutely delicious. The biscuots appetizer was perfect. My frind had the elk meatloaf and it was incredible. I had the bison teres and it was exquisite.
