They add an auto gratuity charge to takeout orders that can’t be removed, and you won’t be informed about it until you go to pay. Food is already expensive as is.
The best part of our experience was our server. The food was alright. We tried the tofu rolls and that was awesome. However the pad thai we ordered came out and it was a VERY small portion for $20. The noodles were also broken into very small segments which is not traditional pad thai. Our waiter took it back and got us a 2nd tofu roll instead. We were grateful for that. Also the himachi nigiri had scales left on the side of the plate. The sake was the highlight. We tried the house cold sake and it had hints of plum, and vanilla. Was definitely some of the best sake we have had. Also when I went to the bathroom, everyone working there smiled at me and stepped out of the way to make room for me. They have an exceptional staff. We wouldn’t personally eat there again as the food wasn’t for us. However, we would go back to drink and dine in the nice atmosphere. Overall, 4 stars is warranted for the wonderful staff and the tofu roll was great.
Amazing delicious menu!
Fantastic little place!! Clean facilities, nice atmosphere. Sushi was fresh & delicious!!
I couldn't tolerated the profanity and the degrading name calling coming from the sushi bar. I was also assaulted by multiple employees working for Wasabi.

Yum! Have been coming here for over 20 years with my family and the sushi never disappoints! Pleased with the how big the nigiri cuts are and how buttery the Hamachi and Maguro always is.
The most delicious Sushi and fun staff! The Rainbow and the Goonie are always amazing!
I had a sake and wine pairing dinner last evening and it was fantastic. Food was amazing and the pairings were perfectly matched. The atmosphere was fun and entertaining and the comments from the chef and sommelier between courses really added to the evening. Well done!
I would have three starred if the chef had not done what he did.
I was a solo diner.
I waited a long time for my order.
And over a hour for the food.
The chef caught me as I was leaving and gave me a care package.
The food was good, but they were sold out of the eel
Every roll we ordered was fresh, different, and had amazing flavor. Great service. Perfect birthday dinner, especially the dessert fondue treat.

I'm from Vancouver, so it's hard to rate. I've had better, but the sushi is not bad for Montana 3.8 ? ?

Celebrating our Anniversary at our favorite place and as always, it did not disappoint! Tried a new roll “Bollywood” and it was delicious. Love me some Wasabi!

We are locals and My wife and I want to like this place but just can't.... It's a shame. Their food is actually really good. For sushi in NW Montana Wasabi is decent. Their service however is brutal. It is impossible to place a pick-up order, their host/hostess always seem to be way too cool to talk to anyone, We have dined-in several times and it takes forever and honestly, for people that live right down the road it is just a bummer. We have walked up to this place many times and it is never inviting.
On multiple occasions now, we have called to place a pick-up order that is easily going to be +$175 and have been told no most every time.
We just order from Indah right down the road now... they take our order every time, no hassle, no drama.
Seems expensive for what you get. Went to the grocery store down the street and got the same bottle of wine we bought at the restaurant for $52, for $12.99. I understand they need to make money but that’s a bit much. Rolls taste good but also pricey.
