11:11 Club Cancún

This club left me with mixed feelings. To begin with they charge more to people who are not Mexican and well that's fine up to that point but that is a sign that they clearly take advantage of you if you are a foreigner and apparently it is something common in Cancun from the moment you arrive at the airport you see a lot of people trying to take advantage of the tourist. But well, they tell you that you cannot leave the place and re-enter, if that is what you want you will have to pay the cover again (this is a terrible strategy, since they have almost no people and they still dare to do that) it is Obviously they want to get you out of trouble for EVERYTHING. The second point is that the place is X, there are a large percentage of possibilities that can be done to make it look beautiful. The staff is the worst (there are exceptions, like the bartenders) but the waiters are the worst!!! My boyfriend and I ordered our first drink, which cost 350 each, so the total would be 700 and well my boyfriend always has the habit of leaving a tip and normally it is 15% but this time the waiter showed him that it would be 700 in a piece of paper and we agreed and well, we were going to tell him to tip but NO! HE PUT IT HIMSELF, he never asked and in fact he didn't let us see how much the real total was in the terminal, those types of net actions are super bad and that is the reason why I would NEVER return to this place and really don't go, The ONLY good thing is the drags and the songs they play before and after the show. I thought it would be an incredible gay club in Cancun but no, it's the complete opposite of what I imagined :) I better go to CDMX HAHAHAHA there they don't see your face and what you pay is what it's worth. I hope they can improve this place because they really are in a good area and it is one of the few gay clubs there are.

Very good place and atmosphere, I liked Epifanio's attention, he was always with me and a newt invited me, but without a doubt this bar still surpasses mangoes, the most classy club and without anything Chiapas.

Terrible service, I'm not going to say that something is missing because everything was missing, the waiters serve reluctantly, once you pay the cover you can't leave and they take your bracelet, thus having to pay the cover again, the glasses of The open bar is 6oz, finishing the drink in two gulps.
There is a lot of opportunity to grow, hopefully one day they will improve.
The dredges were the best part of the night as always, lifting the event

Terrible attention from the team, it seems that they are doing you a favor by entering. Facilities 2/10, music 6/10 but attention 0/10

The prepared drinks are not of good quality and taste strange. The facilities are very deteriorated every time it rains it floods inside.

The place is very neglected, the bathrooms are disgusting, the open bar drinks are horrible (150 pesos), I don't recommend it at all, it's better to avoid it

On Facebook it said free bar until 2am. I got there at 10:30 and was charged $50 for 2 drinks. Idk if it was because I was a tourist so they took advantage of that but it turned me off and we left earlier than planned.

Came here with my partner on a Saturday night. We were a bit worried just from reading the reviews but honestly we had a good time! We were charged 250mx per person which was not a surprise, and I thought it was very reasonable. We got there around 11 and there was a 10-12 person line ahead of us. The line moved really fast and the front staff was very professional. Inside the music was a fun mix of mainstream English pop and Spanish beats. The drag show was very entertaining and by that time the club was packed and very hot. We went out to the smoking area for a quick relief. This is why I don’t understand why some reviews complained about no in and out privileges… we were just fine and didn’t need a reason to leave. After the drag show the music was mainly Spanish which also came as no surprise because guess what, we are in Mexico. Overall we had a really really fun time. It was a great experience!

The music is not interesting and the atmosphere is not festive. A great place to stand and look around hoping for some fun. Plus it's expensive. After 1 hour, we left for better skies.

After cuban gay club experience, we were not very motivated to go to another club during our vacation but we were positively surprised in this club. We paid 200 pesos pp entrance and 50 for the cloakroom. There was US pop music playing and we enjoyed the drag show at midnight. There could by more space for dancing though..The clientele was just normal people (no escorts trying to scam you ?) It was quite full on a Saturday.
